Like the trees they were fashioned from, the pages that make up these flowers are ephemeral, and are not designed to last forever. Yes, you probably COULD soak them in some sort of concoction that might extend their “lives”, but why bother? You can easily make another one…. one friend who was wearing one got caught in a gully washing thunderstorm, and her corsage fell off and was never seen again…. she grieved over losing it, but she got another one, which has been just as much fun as the first one!
